I was looking at my register tapes and my credit card settlement trying to figure out why they were off by almost $750.00. It occurred to me that one of my employees said she had "hit a button" and a report spewed out without evening realizing it. It was obvious she had accidentally settled mid day and now there was no way to get a new detail report or settlement report from the machine. I quickly called Customer Service at TransNational and explained my issue. The Customer Service Agent was able to quickly pull up the file from our machine and could fax a report to us within 5 minutes. We switched to TransNational this year from a different provider and it has been a good switch. I can always get someone on the phone and they have been so quick and efficient to getting me the information I am looking for whether it is a report or trouble shooting one of our many machines. With our previous provider, I was on hold for 45 minutes simply waiting for someone to speak with me to find out that they weren't able to help me. As I said, it's been a breath of fresh air to be working with a company who understands Customer Service.

I am writing this letter as a testimonial to Transnational Bank Card and their service to my company. I have used multiple Credit Card Processors in the past for my business. I found that those other companies were charging high amounts of fees for me to process credit cards, and made me purchase their equipment which was not only expensive but also was outdated. I ended my relationship with the expectation of growing my business without the use of that service. After a couple years I decided to give credit card processing another opportunity and came across Travis Duffy and Transnational Bank Card. Travis sat down with me and explained in detail how credit card processing worked and what all the rates and fees were. I expected to have to pay for equipment and that the monthly fees would be high due to my low volume. I found that there was no setup cost and that Transnational provided the equipment to me at no charge. The equipment they supplied was their virtual terminal which allowed me to swipe my cards through my iPad and collect client information for future marketing. I was also able to add a shopping cart to my website for no additional charge to sell products online. Overall I was extremely happy with the presentation and the follow-up service that Transnational has provided. As the president of the AEA I was also introduced to Matt Gandolfo who heads the association department at Transnational. He sat down with me and explained that Transnational would be able to provide a discounted rate program that can help every business in the association. I invited him to the conference to offer this preferred vendor program for credit card processing. If you currently take credit cards, I highly recommend that you allow Matt or Travis to do a comparison to see how much the discounted program for the AEA can save you. If you’re not accepting cards yet, ask them about getting set up with free equipment like I did.

The Center for Hearing and Communication has been using Transnational Gate Way for the last 3 years. Since then we have seen significant savings and improvement in our Credit Cards transactions, and has proven to be reliable and user friendly. They have also developed a Virtual gateway that has allowed me to run all my companies through one central location, allowing me access to crucial information regarding clients, inventory, and payments. I have implemented Transnational Bank Card in 85 of my locations so far and will continue to do so. When issues arise my representative Travis Duffy is always available and responsive to my needs. Transnational’s customer service and Risk management department are extremely nice and have the access to answer any questions or concerns that develop in my business. I have sat down with the President of Transnational before moving forward and felt the actual compassion for them wanting to service their clients and reaffirm the commitment they have to each individual customer they work with.
