The new Clover credit card machine has been a big plus at 4Paws Animal Clinic. Not only is it easier for my employees, our clients like it as well, plus we saved money by purchasing it. Thank you Brad Franzen for your help and service!

Wherever Restaurant I want to say a couple words about Brad Franzen and his team, they are amazing!! Brad supported us throughout the stressful first month of operations through constant communications involving on-site visits, texting and emailing us to make sure we were addressing any concerns that were coming up. He assisted in setting up all of the functions on our new Clover system that our restaurant needed so we didn't have any unnecessary buttons to wade through. We can put our system in test mode anytime and learn how to use it and add and remove buttons anytime so you aren't stuck with buttons you find out later that you don't use or wishing you could add items and not be able to. I was amazed that even though he had the equipment sale already, he was still available to help anytime we needed him. It really felt like he treated our business like it was his very own and he really wanted us to succeed and was willing to help in any way that he could. He went way over and beyond any service I have ever received. I really can’t thank him enough for his support! As for the equipment he sold me, I was terrified because working with computers just threatens my sanity. My husband and children said it would be fine so we purchased it with some very flexible buying options that Brad offered us. Any time I had any questions they were more than happy to help me not only fix what was going on but also they made sure I understood why it happened and how to avoid it in the future. For me being a first time business owner that was priceless. Brad is helping us to learn (now that the crazy first month is over) new ways the Clover system can help expand our business. Currently we are looking into perks using the Perka App to reward our regular customers. We are also setting up an Online Store to let us take online orders and an app that lets us take reservations that will alert the customer's smartphone when their table is ready so they don’t have to hover. Brad and his team are also looking into how to promote us more through their social media contacts. These options are just scratching the surface of our new system. It really is small, compact and amazing! We can even get handheld units that allow us to take our business off-site and still be able to use our same system! A great feature we are able to use daily is the ability to monitor everything even if we are not at the restaurant using our smart phones. We even do our financial reports and set up our employees schedules from home. I just wanted to say in case anyone just reads the first line and the last line that the Clover system itself is fantastic and once you add on top of that the phenomenal service that comes along with Brad and his team the sky really is the limit!!
